Silvia serves as the Club Registrar for Citizen FC, overseeing all player registration processes and ensuring that club records are accurate, organized, and up to date.

She is responsible for managing player registrations, verifying required documentation, maintaining registration records, processing transfers and player eligibility requirements, and ensuring compliance with league and governing body regulations. Silvia works closely with families, team managers, and club staff to provide guidance throughout the registration process and to ensure all administrative requirements are completed accurately and on time.

Álvaro serves as the Director of Fields for Citizen FC, overseeing the management and organization of the club's training and match facilities.

He is responsible for coordinating field schedules, ensuring fields are properly prepared for training sessions, matches, and club events, and working with facility partners to maintain safe and high-quality playing environments. Álvaro also manages field availability, setup, and logistical needs to support the club's daily operations.

Matt Glazer serves as the Director of Managers for Citizen FC, providing guidance and administrative support to all team managers throughout the season.

As the primary resource for team managers, Matt welcomes new managers to the club, helps them become familiar with Citizen FC's policies and procedures, and ensures they have the tools and information needed to support their teams. He assists with player and team registrations, roster setup, required documentation, and administrative processes, while keeping managers informed about club events, deadlines, and important communications.
