Citizen FC is a player-first soccer club focused on developing confident, intelligent, and competitive players through quality coaching, purposeful training, and meaningful competition.

But our responsibility goes beyond soccer.

We believe the game is an incredible tool to develop not only better players, but stronger, more confident, and more responsible young people.

1. Our Purpose

To develop better soccer players and stronger teams while building confidence, character, and a lifelong connection to the game.

We want every player to be challenged, supported, and given the opportunity to reach their potential—wherever their soccer journey may take them.

2. Our VISION

To create an environment where player development comes first and every player has a pathway to grow, compete, and pursue their soccer goals.

We believe success is measured not only by wins and losses, but also by our players' progress, the strength of our teams, and the people they become along the way.

4. OUR DEVELOPMENT PHILOSOPHY

Great players are developed through quality coaching, meaningful competition, and the freedom to play, make decisions, make mistakes, and learn.

Our goal goes beyond winning games.

We want to develop players who understand the game, think for themselves, compete with confidence, and are prepared for their next level of soccer.

Winning matters. Competition matters. But development should never be sacrificed simply for today’s result.

We are preparing players for the player they can become tomorrow.

5. WhY CITIZEN FC?

Not every child will become a professional soccer player.

Some will play in college. Some will play through high school. Some may stop playing in a few years. And some may take the game further than they ever imagined.

But every one of them will become a citizen.

That is why our responsibility goes beyond developing soccer players.

We want to help develop young people who respect themselves and others, who understand the importance of teamwork, who open their eyes to the people and the community around them, and who have the confidence and character to make a positive difference.

Soccer is the game we teach.
