Players are expected to:
• Attend training sessions consistently
• Arrive prepared and ready to learn
• Support teammates and demonstrate positive sportsmanship
• Give full effort during training and match play
• Respect coaches, officials, and opponentsFamilies are asked to support a positive sideline environment that reflects Citizen FC values.

Citizen FC training sessions focus on building confident, technically skilled players in a structured and positive environment.
Training includes:
• Ball mastery and technical development
• Small-sided game play
• Tactical awareness and decision making
• Competitive match preparationSessions are designed to challenge players while maintaining a fun and supportive team culture.

Citizen Football Club is forming its founding teams in Conejo Valley, California.

If you don’t see a team for your player’s age group, you can request a team in your community.
Citizen FC teams follow the US Youth Soccer School Year Age Matrix used by Cal South, grouping players by school year so they can compete alongside classmates.
TEAM STATUS DEFINITIONS:
New Team Forming
Interest registration open as we organize a new team.
Open Tryouts
Active evaluation period. Players may register for an open practice.
Limited Roster Spots
Roster nearly complete. A small number of evaluation spots remain.
Roster Full — Training Pool Open
Roster is currently full. Players may register for the development training pool.
